Additional Information or Comments Certification of the PT Nusa Halmahera Gosowong Supply Chain has expired, the operation was most recently certified 16 April 2019 and was not audited again within three years of that date. The PT Nusa Halmahera Gosowong Supply Chain was certified in Substantial Compliance on April 16, 2019. Necessary corrective actions were completed within one year of that date and a Corrective Action Completion Report was submitted by the lead auditor. The PT Nusa Halmahera Gosowong Mine Supply Chain extended from Orica’s Yarwun facility in Australia to the port of Barnabas, Indonesia, through Orica’s and PT Trans Continent’s certified supply chains, and included cyanide transport from the Port of Barnabas, Indonesia to the Gosowong Mine using using truck transportation by PT Nusa Halmahera.
