Three Transporters Voluntarily Withdraw from Cyanide Code Program

Three transport signatory companies to the International Cyanide Management Code (Cyanide Code) have informed the International Cyanide Management Institute that each is voluntarily withdrawing from the program:

LCC VIGUR,  a Russian transport company, became a signatory to the Cyanide Code on August 22, 2016; the company intends to return to the program in 2018;
Miller Transporters, Inc., a U.S.-based transporter that became a signatory on July 13, 2007; and
Sentinel Transportation, LLC, a transporter in the United States and a Cyanide Code signatory since March 8, 2006, is discontinuing its participation in the program as it no longer transports cyanide.
The Miller Transporters and Sentinel Transportation operations were certified in compliance with the Cyanide Code.

These withdrawals are effective this date.
