Bollore Africa Logistics Temporarily Withdraws Three Transport Operations from the Cyanide Code Program

The International Cyanide Management Institute (ICMI) announced today that Bollore Africa Logistics (Bollore) has submitted an amended signatory application temporarily withdrawing its Ivory Coast, Mauritania, and Tanzania cyanide transport operations from the Cyanide Code program.  This is a voluntary action by the company.  Bollore has informed ICMI that it needs additional time to complete the certification process for it Ivory Coast operation, which it expects to have certified later this year.  The company has been a signatory since 2008, and has achieved certification at three of its transport operations.
